1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number (RAN) provided by our customer support team.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges
